I wonder if food mags make the serving size of scallops so small because they're so expensive? I'm on a scallop budget right now but I can see this polenta being amazing with shramp tooooooo.

I have never ever heard anything more relatable than feeling insecure/uncertain about our idea of the proper amount of scallops/shrimp/other small fishes. Like...excuse me? Also, I just bought some great corn this week so maybe I need to source some kind of lops to pair with it rather than making the elote I had planned...
